Every startup we knew was fighting the same invisible wall

We watched brilliant founders with genuinely great products struggle to get meetings. Not because their pitch was weak — but because their cold emails were landing in spam. Because they were manually managing follow-up sequences in spreadsheets. Because they sent a follow-up to someone who had already replied and said yes.

The tools that existed were either too expensive, too complex, or designed for enterprise sales teams with dedicated operations people. There was nothing built for a founder who just needs to generate their first ten customers without a sales team.

We started with one belief: the infrastructure of outbound sales — inbox warmup, sequence automation, reply tracking, deliverability monitoring — should be as accessible to a solo founder as it is to a 50-person sales org.

So we built Inboxrise. One platform. Flat pricing. Everything included. No modular billing. No per-seat fees. No separate tool for warmup. Just a clean, fast, honest product that helps lean teams generate revenue from email.

How we got here

Q3 2025
The idea
After watching a third founder friend lose a deal because their cold email landed in spam, we decided enough was enough. Started building Inboxrise in a spare room in Jamshedpur.
Q4 2025
First 10 beta users
Launched a private beta with 10 early-stage startups. Watched them go from 1% to 6% reply rates in their first month. That was the validation we needed.
Q1 2026
Public early access launch
Opened Inboxrise to the public with core features: inbox warmup, campaign sequences, and reply detection. 500+ startups signed up in the first 60 days.
Q2 2026 — Now
Building in public
Shipping advanced analytics, multi-user roles, and agency workspaces. Profitable from month one. No outside funding — we grow when our customers grow.
